“Worst hotel I’ve stayed in my life. RATS ate through our luggage. Our room wasn’t cleaned from the previous stay. Bed had bugs in it and the staff didn’t do anything. The cleaners were actually nice to come help us. Told them I have a dust allergy and they ignored it. There was SO many mosquitos I got bit badly. Worst hotel ever, rather sleep on the streets. The service is ridiculous. Came from England and luckily moved to imperial palace, or my India trip would have been ruined. Luckily i...

“Generally, this stay of 6 days became more comfortable as we asked for things that were missing. The property is very run down, and. does not match the photos on Expedia. The complimentary breakfast in the front of the menu turned out not to apply to us. Breakfast. coffee /tea pot was not enough for two people. The shower water was sometimes hot and sometimes not. Taxi drivers etc found this property difficult to locate.”

“Absolutely terrible. Don’t know why this hotel is allowed to offer Reims on Expedia. From rooms to service to food there was nothing good. There are much better options nearby at one third the price! Avoid it at all costs!”
