“Clean bedroom and facilities. Nice breakfast including biscuits and gravy! Welcoming staff. The pool area had some maintenance work going on but pool and hot tub were open. We liked the side deck and fireplace where you can see the sunset from. Better than expected for the price!”

“The Holiday Inn Express in Acme (Traverse City), Michigan, is a great place to stay when you plan to sightsee around the city. “We had a fantastic stay at the Alexandra Inn! Very cute property, amazing staff and good location right on the beach. “Our room was just ok. We were in a Jacuzzi suite. It was difficult to enter and exit the enclosed area where it was located. The shower was the worst, with black mold on the tiles on the floor, and the walls were not cleaned. Then had white soap scum streaks on the wall appearing to have not been cleaned for quite a while. The sheets didn’t fit the king bed and slipped off the corners and bunched up on top. We had no clock in the bedroom. Halls and common areas, except for the breakfast...

“We had to change room 3 times bc of damaged door hardware and keys not working. It took a long time to check in. Employee was by himself. The person he called couldnt help him . Im not sure he was properly trained. The physical property was very nice but everything else was sub par.”
