“All was good! but my unit was quite close to the highway and it was a nit noisy in the early morning. Except for that, the hotel was really nice and staffs were super friendly and supportive”

“The room was pretty clean. It was definitely an older building. The breakfast was ok. The most annoying thing was the TV didn't work. They did try fixing it but couldn't get it fixed so no tv for my stay there. It would have been nice to go to a room with a working tv. Other than that it was an OK stay.”

“Front desk ladies were super nice and helpful if not for them I would not have stayed. The hallway to the rooms was disgusting and smelled like a wet dog or a carpet cleaner didnt dry after it attempted to clean...the room had carpets so disgusting I made the kids sit on the beds after I noticed the black feet toilet had pee all over the seat and back...bathroom door has a hole kicked in it window was falling apart fridge was warm at best and the top of the closet has probly never been cleaned...

“The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have an elevator, which made it difficult for our large family with all of our luggage and belongings. That would likely affect our decision to stay here again. We also had a neighboring room with a dog that barked frequently during both the day and night, which made it hard to relax and sleep. Additionally, the outside grounds could use some attention. “The property was clean and the staff very nice. The TV didn’t work. The desk clerk tried to fix it but couldn’t. The air conditioner’s fan sounded raspy most of the time. Hard to sleep with the noise it made. The pet area is very small and very overgrown with weeds. The breakfast was good and day staff very nice. The staff was receptive to resolving the issues.”

“Great location, right on Centennial trail with lovely river views. Easy walk to nearby restaurants. 2 miles from downtown beaches and Sherman St. The buffet breakfast was nice and the gym and pool were fabulous.”

“It's a big place and there wasn't a conference going on while we were there, so it's pretty quiet. It was a great place to stay overnight with our little dog.”
