“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das jederzeit für Fragen und Wünsche zur Verfügung stand. “arrived after our check in time walked in to no staff but keys were laying on the counter and we just took one for a room. Felt safe coming back later that night with the keyless entry system. Room was fine, clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom was typical small European with shower corner. Breakfast was good, asked for fried eggs and received. Upon checkout staff didn't ask about stay just took our keys. ”

“Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da personale non in grado di parlare in inglese e la comunicazione non è stata agevole. Le fotografie dell'annuncio mostrano una bellissima sauna, che è stato elemento importante nella scelta dell'hotel, tuttavia abbiamo scoperto una volta giunti in struttura che non era praticabile. Le indicazioni per accedere alla sala wellness erano coperte con un foglio bianco e l'area non era agibile. ”
