Hotel vicino a Rothley Wine - Leicester

“I booked a twin room but it was made up as a double so had to get this changed. Requested a walk in shower but got a shower room with glass walls! Staying with my 90 year old mother so was not happy with this. Hotel looked lovely from outside but inside decor was very bland and boring. Gardens had not been yended to and grass not cut. Having informed the hotel i was staying with my 90 yo mother and requested a downstairs room they put us at the far end of the hotel so we to walk a ling way....

“Really lovely guest house. Very friendly and welcoming owners. Clean and spacious room and traditional, tasty breakfast in the morning. Hope to stay again.”

“Hotel centralissimo e comodo per negozi e ristoranti. I mezzi pubblici non li ho usati perché sono andata ovunque a piedi. Le camere nuove e spaziose. Pulite e con tutto quello che può servire. Peccato aver fatto solo una notte.”

“Vicinissimo alla stazione e quindi comodo da raggiungere. La camera era un po’ datata ma molto spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto”

“Had to change rooms as upon closing door , the lock and frame fell off. A shoddy repair had taken place prior to our stay with 2 screws attempting to hold in place. From a room security perspective it was very poor. Room was changed but very uncomfortable bed. 3/4 bed which was not suitable for 2 adult's. No air con. Not the best”

“Check in was a joke . Rang bell 3 times before anyone came to reception. When they did arrive tried to charge me again when I had already paid. My message said breakfast ( continental was included) . Got up next day and female staff member said it wasn’t so we went elsewhere for breakfast. ON return I showed them message from hotel to say it stated breakfast was included. They did give us it the day we were leaving. They didn’t offer to reimburse for breakfast as their mistake I asked for two...

“We really enjoyed our stay for just one night. We found the parking convenient and safe, although we did an extra circuit of the campus as the signposting in the last 150 metres wasn't clear. The breakfast was good, and the staff were professional, helpful and made us feel relaxed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Elite Athlete Hotel again. Many thanks, Keiron Chatterjea”
