An open concept kitchen is a chef’s delight, creating a great flow for festive vacation meals. Offering beautiful quartz countertops, dishwasher, microwave, large island with bar stools, and a convenient pantry ensures ample storage. If you need to wake up to a fresh cup of coffee to start your vacation…Not a problem! This home offers a coffee bar equipped with a Keurig coffee maker for you to make your perfect blend, along with a kettle, if you prefer a nice cup of tea. You’ll have plenty of choices on where to dine in this home - The formal dining room with a table for 6, perfect for all your holiday celebrations - The large island with barstools for breakfast…or a casual lunch with water views on additional patio table with chairs.



The home's highly desired split floorplan provides ample privacy for you and your guests. The primary suite is a relaxing space, with a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and sliders to the lanai area. The en-suite bathroom offers dual vanities, granite countertops, and a glass enclosed walk-in shower with dual rain shower heads.



The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and flat screen smart TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and a flat screen smart TV. These 2 guest bedrooms can be closed off with a pocket door for guest privacy. The guest bath has a single vanity, granite countertop, a shower-over-the-tub combination, and a convenient door with access to the pool area. All bathrooms have hair dryers. All linens, bath towels, and pool towels are provided. The separate laundry room has a washer, dryer, and a utility sink. This home has cable TV and Wi-Fi. This home also facilitates a convenient self-check-in lockbox process, so you can start your vacation from the moment you arrive!



The lanai and pool area allows for true Florida indoor/outdoor living, fully connecting you to the outdoors, with canal views, and unique Florida wildlife! The covered lanai has a lounging area with chairs, coffee table, and a fireplace – perfect to enjoy a movie or your favorite football games! The large saltwater pool has electric heat and it is included. Enjoy a refreshing cocktail, relax, or soak up the sun on the spacious pool deck with 2 loungers…or cook your favorite steak on the grill! And for those days coming back from the beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower, located right next to the pool.



Please note, this house has a 3 car garage, the owner's car is parked inside the small garage using one parking space. However, there are 2 additional spaces available and ample parking also available in the driveway for your guests. In addition, you can find 2 bikes and beach gear (including beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and children beach toys) all for guests use!



Bring your family and your fur-baby too - This is a dog-friendly home so you can pamper your pup to enjoy an amazing vacation with you. The patio area along the South side of the house is partially fenced for privacy, with an added convenient “Doggy Door” on the pool cage so we can truly WOOF you a happy stay!

The Cape Haze Peninsula is also home to the Tarpon and Snook capital of the world - Boca Grande - which is within a 20-minute drive.
