“The property was one of the better hotels I’ve ever stayed at, easily walkable to public transport and shopping, and staff were all professional, friendly and lovely. Great value for money overall and would definitely stay again~ Highly recommend!!”

“Excellent location and facilities ”

“Simple place. Great location if you like to run or take a walk in the park. Not too close to the city center and not many options to eat nearby. Perfect for a long stay in Perth. ”

“Quest mounts bay offers reasonably priced modern apartments at the base of Jacobs ladder, hence close to Kings Park. The kitchen was well equipped enabling us to prepare meals, there was a washer and dryer too. There is a decent cafe on the 1st floor and a few other eating options nearby. Only issues are transport to the city involves infrequent bus or walking 15 mins, and our apartment had only a view of the steps and no opening windows. Be careful that on arrival google maps does not direct...

“We enjoy staying at Broadwater and will stay here again. Spacious and comfortable. Great location. Bathroom fans do need updating, condensation is very bad.”

“Lovely place to stay - easy to get to city on a ferry, shopping facilities are in walkable distance. Kitchenette facilities enough for use. Parking is limited although there is street parking.”

“This a basic unit with good size kitchen and bathroom. The room is large enough. The furnishings are basic but very comfortable and clean and in good repair. The proximity to the CBD is excellent - only a short walk. The room rates are about half the rates of an upmarket place. Overall very comfortable and excellent value. I have stayed here before and will stay again. ”

Appartamento Premium | Vista del balcone

“Beautiful, clean apartment. Perfect location for the Aquarium and Hillarys boardwalk. Shower pressure in the main ensuite wasn’t great but all basic amenities were provided and we would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends ”
