Welcome to Guillaume's place, your jungle retreat in the heart of Rouen. Nestled at the foot of the train station and right in the centre of the right bank, this studio with its soothing plant-filled decor immerses you in an exotic atmosphere while offering immediate access to the city: restaurants, shops, museums and iconic monuments are just a few steps away.

Located on the ground floor of a small secure building, this 25 m² cocoon has been designed to combine comfort, modernity and serenity. The main room, bathed in light, reveals a chic jungle atmosphere with its double bed, cosy sitting area and smart TV. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine with large capsules, toaster, kettle, washing machine and all kitchen essentials) allows you to prepare your meals with ease.

After a day of exploring, relax in the bathroom with a spa bath and toilet, a real moment of well-being in the city centre.

The accommodation has Wi-Fi, a television and ironing facilities. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

Although the accommodation does not have private parking, the station area offers plenty of parking in the surrounding streets, at the standard rates for Rouen.

The accommodation is managed by L'ArchiDuchesse Conciergerie, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00, to assist you throughout your stay. You will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and obtain your access codes.

And to extend your getaway, a single €10 fee will allow you to arrive earlier or leave later, subject to availability and prior agreement with the concierge service.

Welcome to the Gare neighbourhood, a lively and pleasant area in the heart of Rouen's right bank.

Located on Rue Pouchet, your accommodation enjoys a privileged location, ideal for exploring the city on foot while enjoying the tranquillity of a residential neighbourhood. Just a few steps from the SNCF train station, you can reach the historic centre in 10 minutes on foot: Rue du Gros-Horloge, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Place du Vieux-Marché and its many restaurants, bars and shops.

The neighbourhood is full of local shops: bakeries, mini-markets, pharmacies, cafés and brasseries enliven the streets around the station. For your travel needs, you will find the metro, buses and taxis just a stone's throw from the accommodation, allowing you to easily get around the Rouen metropolitan area.

The station area is convenient, central and safe, ideal for a business trip, a weekend getaway or a city break. From Rue Pouchet, you can enjoy the best of Rouen: neighbourhood life, proximity to the city centre and easy access to everything.

- Bus routes: numerous routes (F1, F2, 8, 11, 13, 16, 22, 40, etc.) depart from the station, connecting all areas of the city and neighbouring towns.
- Taxis and private hire vehicles available at the station exit.

- Cy'clic stations (self-service bikes) in the immediate vicinity.
- Cycle paths to the historic centre and the banks of the Seine accessible in a few minutes.

- Quick access to the riverside road and main roads (A13 to Paris, A150 to Le Havre).

## Notes

Please note that the building does not have a lift and the flat is located on the ground floor.

Arrivals are self-service for greater flexibility. Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out must be completed by 11 a.m. at the latest.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.). All our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and one large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes from our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

La cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, babysitting, gourmet boxes, tourist visit requests, event planning (marriage proposals, birthdays, themed rooms, etc.) and much more! When renting accommodation, it is important to follow a few rules to ensure that everything goes smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Please treat the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave the premises clean when you leave. Follow the instructions regarding schedules and use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. And if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
