On the ground floor of a secure building, this 30 m² flat comprises a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom, a shower room and a separate toilet.
In the main room, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils) opening onto the living room with a dining table, a sofa bed that sleeps two and a television.
The separate bedroom has a comfortable bed (149x190) and a chest of drawers for storage.
There is also a shower room with a washbasin, towel rail, hairdryer, iron and shower.
The property is equipped with fibre optics and a smart television, giving you easy access to all your applications (Netflix, Deezer, Spotify, YouTube, etc.).
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets around the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided on arrival for the duration of the stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.
