This superb 3-room flat comprises a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a pleasant living room with balcony, two bedrooms, a shower room, separate WC and a parking space.
On arrival, you'll be greeted by a spacious entrance hall leading to all the rooms in the flat. The fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven) lets you prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy in the bright, comfortable living room, while taking in the panoramic view of Rouen's left bank. If you prefer some fresh air, you can relax on the balcony and admire the view.
The flat has 2 warm and welcoming bedrooms, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the wonders of Rouen.
There is a modern shower room and a separate WC for your convenience. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available in the flat.
You'll also benefit from a private parking space in the basement of the building, for your convenience.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Please note that a private parking space is included in the rental price. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. Located on Rouen's Left Bank, rue Malherbe is well served by public transport, making it easy to get to the city centre and other districts. Here are the main public transit options available:

Metro (TEOR) Saint-Sever station: located nearby, this station provides access to the TEOR (Transport Est-Ouest Rouennais) lines, a type of bus with a high level of service that crosses Rouen from east to west. Lines T1, T2 and T3 serve this station, providing rapid access to the city centre, stations and surrounding districts.
2. Bus Regular bus routes: Several bus routes serve the area around rue Malherbe, including Route F1: This runs through a large part of Rouen and provides connections with other bus and metro lines. It's a very practical line for getting around quickly. Line 7: This links various districts on the Left Bank and provides easy access to shopping areas, particularly the Saint-Sever shopping centre. Arrivals are via ArchiDuchesse Key Master from 16:00 until 20:00 and departures must be no later than 11:00.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
