Located on the ground floor, this small studio has been designed to offer maximum comfort in an optimized space. Ideal for two people, it consists of a functional bathroom equipped with a bathtub, toilet, and sink, as well as a practical kitchen with a stovetop, kettle, and refrigerator.

The living room has a double fold-out bed, perfect for restful nights, as well as a cozy dining area. Compact but well laid out, this studio offers a simple and pleasant setting for a peaceful stay.

Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your comfort.
Although the accommodation does not have private parking, the Prefecture district offers plenty of parking options in the surrounding streets, at the rates in force in Rouen. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation and respecting the premises and the neighborhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide your credit card details via a secure link in order to finalize your reservation and obtain the access codes for the accommodation. The Prefecture district in Rouen

Located in the heart of the city, the Préfecture neighborhood is central, lively, and steeped in history. It owes its name to the Seine-Maritime Prefecture, an iconic building that reflects the administrative importance of the area.

With its mix of old and modern buildings, this neighborhood perfectly embodies the evolution of Rouen. Its proximity to the Seine adds to its charm and offers beautiful opportunities for walks along the quays.

In addition to its administrative and judicial institutions, the district is bustling with numerous shops, restaurants, cafés, and art galleries, making it a pleasant place to live and explore. Very busy during the day, it calms down in the evening while retaining a friendly atmosphere thanks to its establishments that stay open late.

Easy to access, the neighborhood is very well served by public transportation and is just a few minutes' walk from Rouen's must-see sites.

## Transportation

Le Flaubert has free secure parking in the residence. In Rouen, Rue Gustave Flaubert is served by several means of transportation, including:

1. Buses
Line F1: This frequent line passes through several districts of Rouen and stops near Rue Gustave Flaubert.
Line T2: Another bus line that can take you closer to this street, depending on your starting point.
You can check timetables and stops on the Transdev Normandie Rouen website, the website of Rouen's public transport operator.

2. TEOR (Transport Est-Ouest Rouennais)
TEOR T1, T2, and T3: TEOR lines are high-frequency bus lines with dedicated lanes to avoid heavy traffic in the city center.
The TEOR passes at the end of the street.

3. Cycling and the Véloroute
Rouen has bike paths and bike rental services such as Cy’clic, which offers self-service bike rentals.
The Seine Cycle Route is also a good option for those who prefer to get around by bike. Although this route does not pass directly through Rue Gustave Flaubert, it is connected to many streets and neighborhoods in Rouen.

4. Walking
Depending on your starting point, Rouen is a pleasant city to get around on foot, with several pedestrian streets and many easily accessible places.

5. Taxis and ride-hailing services
Taxi and ride-hailing services (Uber, Bolt, etc.) are available in Rouen for quick and flexible travel.

Rouen train station is less than a 15-minute walk from the accommodation.

Please note that the apartment is located on the ground floor, which makes it easily accessible for people with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases.

Arrivals are self-service for greater flexibility. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.). In the apartment, all our guests receive linens, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as one large towel per person, along with dish towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen trash bags, bathroom trash bags, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid is provided upon arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Upon confirmation of your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes from our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, babysitting, gourmet boxes, tourist visit requests, event planning (marriage proposals, birthdays, themed rooms, etc.) and much more! When renting accommodation, it is important to follow a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the security deposit! Please treat the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture, and leave the premises clean when you leave. Follow the instructions regarding schedules and use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the security deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the security deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the security deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft, or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
