Delightful Motor Home w/ AC in a very private, quiet location in Rough and Ready

Escape to this charming 33x14' 2004 Winnebago Motor Home, in picturesque Gold mining tiny mini town of Rough and Ready. This cozy, private & very quiet retreat features 1 large, full bathroom with soothing showers and an additional living room space with a comfy Queen sofa bed , It sleeps 4. Guests can enjoy amenities like AC, heating, a full kitchen, an iron, and a hair dryer during their stay. There is a patio right outside the door, a rose garden with Heirloom roses planted in honor of Dione's 9 grandchildren!
Rough & Ready is 4 mins from either Penn Valley or Grass Valley, and 5 mins to the Yuba River! a few more mins to Nevada City. It's a half hour to Auburn, 1 hr to both Sacramento and Incredibly Beautiful Lake Tahoe! there are many hiking and biking trails nearby. It has a Post Office and a fire Station featuring free monthly spaghetti dinners, a community hall that features karaoke & free monthly breakfast.

* Note* photo of roses are growing right outside the windows (warm weather,,,). Pic of blue & white trailer is my residence behind MH - don't worry, property is very large, MH has it's own little private yard. I have a puppy & a cat on the land & in my home. Also, I couldn't upload all the photos I wanted to due to a Verbo website error. The floor in LR area is laminate wood. Not carpet.(I had to upload a stock photo, There is carpet in bedroom, throw rugs in LR & kitch, bathroom.
