The space
A 100-year-old Cape Breton farmhouse, renovated top to bottom, with a private heated indoor saltwater pool attached to the house. Four bedrooms sleep 10+. The pool is yours alone for the length of your stay — no schedule, no sharing, no weather.

Set on over an acre of mostly wooded land off a quiet lane near Mira Bay.


The pool
A full-length heated saltwater pool sits under an open ceiling, Heated and open May through October. A removable mesh safety fence surrounds the pool, and we keep a bin of soft pool toys and floats.

2-Way Trailer Site (Additional Cost):
This is an additional benefit to those staying on the property if you wanted to add Trailer to your stay to expand the sleeping capacity, we have Power and Water (No Sewer) access that can be added to your rental for a small additional fee. This site will not be sold to anyone else if you do not require it, it will not be used.

We're in Round Island, Cape Breton County. It's quiet — this is a community of a few homes. You'll want a car.

Guest access
You have access to the Full Home and Property, as this is a private lane with other homes, we ask that you do not veer off the main lane or through any neighbors properties.

Other things to note
The home and pool have both been extensively renovated. Landscaping is the only item still outstanding, and the current price reflects a discount for that. Landscaping will be completed in early spring 2027 and may include grass, ground work up to the decks, a fire pit, and a playground — none of which are included in the sale as it stands.
