Kind reminder: This is our private home in a residential neighborhood, so please enjoy it with care and mindfulness for the neighbors. Since the property is in a remote location, for the property's and for our guest's safety, we have outdoor cameras near the front door, and in the back deck that are active 24x7. We also have monitors that detect cigarette smoke, noise levels and occupancy levels in the living room. Please let us know if this concerns you. Commercial shoots are allowed but subject to a separate fee structure.
