“The French toast/bacon was amazing. The O’Neil room was so cute, the bath was hot & comfortable. I also appreciated the balcony and how close things were. So glad I found this place instead of a hotel!”

“Great sleep. Basic amenities plus a nice coffee shop 8-5. We arrived after hours and had a bit of a challenge with key code. Fast response to phone call. Not ready for all levels of mobility as the elevator is not operating and the stairs to rooms are many.”

“Great little hotel in downtown Springfield. If you are staying in this area, this hotel is "above average" at a fair rate. Friendly staff.”

“We had asked for towels on the first of 2 nights due to a shortage for our family and had to ask again the next day because we still had not received them. We had to also reach out to get the bed sheets for the pull out couch. The same with toilet paper and kleenex. I had to go back to the front counter twice because we had no toilet paper. Seemed like it would have been a nice hotel 25 years ago but not much had been maintained.”

“We’ve stayed at numerous Hampton Inn that were by far much better than this location. The breakfast was so so, food was not hot. We actually went out and paid for breakfast a couple of mornings. The bed meaning obviously the mattress, was absolutely like laying on concrete very very hard. My husband and I both left with excruciating back pain. The check-in and checkout process was amazing and quick. Mark checked us in and we also saw him during the course of our stay. He sent text messages to...

“The location was perfect. The hotel was very clean. Everything worked as it should. The beds were comfortable. It was perfect for our dog. There was a nice grassy area in the back with complementary poop bags. The breakfast was top notch. We would definitely stay here again!”
