"Everything was nice but the view from my room: when you chose to upgrade to a high tower room you need to understand that you might get a room in the back of the building with a view on the back alley: definitely not worthy to pay more for that, considering the rooms have the same size. City view doesn’t mean on Michigan Ave, those rooms should be cheaper."

"Hotel in un’ottima posizione, a 10 min a piedi per la vista lago e il parco. Ottima zona per lo shopping. Pulizia niente di eccezionale, camera con moquette sporca e impolverata. La ventola del bagno era già accesa quando ho fatto il check-in e si è spenta solo dopo 36 ore. Terribile (non c’era nessun pulsante per poterla spegnere). Check out ore 12pm (mezzogiorno): alle 8 del mattino vengono a bussare per pulire. Se dovete soggiornare una notte o due va benissimo, e se dovete stare più giorni, non lo consiglio. "

"I had an amazing experience in Chicago. The hotel is in a very central location and you can basically walk to every major spot in town. The staff is super kind and helpful. A guy, Arturo his name, has been the most kind person I could ask for. The structure is old, yes, not recently refurbished, but clean and affordable. I strongly recommend it!"
