“I loved it was so close to busy Chicago but in the quiet subarbs where it was nice and quiet and felt very safe.The rooms were excellent and well equipped and the kitchen was full of snacks to eat when you wanted and a great selection of drinks. If I ever came to Chicago I would stay here again also the hosts were fantastic ”

“What a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed the grounds and the ambiance of the main house. Our room was in the carriage house and it was cozy and nicely appointed with various musical instruments, reminiscent of the man for which this room was named. We got up and dressed and walked across the back garden path to the main house for breakfast. It was a purely pleasurable experience.
