“The hotel was good, and the spa was 100% worth it! The staff was rough. We’ve been Marriott members for a long time, and when we travel, we stay at the JW, W, or Ritz. We came to Chicago to go to Beyond Wonderland, and then we’re out till 2 or 3am experiencing Chicago night life. The hotel staff woke us up every morning at 7:30 or before by coming into the room that had a “do not enter” sign on the outside of the door. The morning we were leaving, we were walked in on three times before checkout...

“The property was located in nice central area. Its close to the freeway and a bunch of restaurants. The hotel staff were great. The building itself is a little aged and needs work but for the price point and what you get it was perfect for our stay.”
