“Great location in the heart of the Wachau. Accessible by public transport (715 bus from Krems or Melk and the Wachaubahn). Lots of great walks start from near the hotel, including the UNESCO walking trail throughout the Wachau. Great restaurant - and the wine is great. I can recommend the flammkuchen with their Pinot noir! ”

Herrlich war auch der kleine eigene Garten, herrlich für ein Frühstück, für dass wir in der nahen Gleisserei viele leckere Zutaten fanden. Ein herrliches Fleckchen!”

“If you want a nice, peaceful, away from everything kind of place, then this is your stop. Up on top of the mountains, you have a fantastic view all around you. It is very quiet and you can sleep peacefully. The rooms are quite basic, no fridge, soap stuffs, but it is still a great lodge. The owners are very nice and amazing folks who will do what they can to make your stay pleasant. This was definitely a relaxing stay for me.”

Die Familie ist sehr nett und bemüht, einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die Hausmannskost im Restaurant schmeckt ausgezeichnet und reicht leicht aus selbst für "gute Esser" wie mich.
Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut, sodass man jede Menge Ausflüge gut planen kann.

“I liked the modern style and artwork at the hotel. The staff was helpful when I had a need and the general ambiance was quite nice. There was however limited food resources and although there was a restaurant next door, other than that it was a long walk to any other place except for a campus sandwich shop.
