“We really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the experience so much. There was some confusion about what we were supposed to do sometimes, and we thought dinner and breakfast were served in our room but we needed to go elsewhere. It was private dining at least. Also wish we'd had futons set out for all of us. The room was meant to be for 6 and had 2 beds. We were only 3 people so could have had the futons and not used the beds, but i think the language barrier led to a misunderstanding in...

“Food was exceptionally good compared to most other ryokan. Staffs are super nice and hard working. We were packing up and needed to borrow sticky tape around midnight, staff was readily available and helpful. Overall great experience.”

“久しぶりに国内のビジネスホテルに泊まり「やっぱり日本はいいな」と思いました。清潔。チェックインは3時からでしたが、12時くらいから入れてもらえました。ロビーにあるコーヒーは夜中以外は無料で飲めました。超ありがたい（どっかの国のホテルみたいに壊れたら壊れっぱなしなんてことは日本はない）福井マラソンの為2泊しました。シーツ交換はないですが、タオル・茶・パンの補充はあります。ゴミ回収も。冷蔵庫・電気ポットあります。駅からは徒歩2分くらいで便利です。”
