“Had to wait for clerk who was on a personal call. No Wi-Fi. No night manager on duty. Morning manager didn’t show up and breakfast could not be prepared because food was locked up. Mike Romero, the maintenance man, took charge, found the way to unlock the food to serve breakfast. Long black hair in the bathroom. ”

“This hotel is set on the mountain and has most incredible views, gardens, people, service, food and amenities. It's pricey but it was so worth it to me. My mission of total decompression was accomplished.”
