“I just couldn't hang on for my six days entire trip...a small incent under the bed sheet, dirty bed sheet, no bed lamp, very simple and poor room and smell bad, a never fixed sink even I'd requested twice...staffs are nice trying their best but I guess they were also helpless...
I'd checked-out the second day and I have to rebook another decent place for another four nights...I've already filed for a refund request with Expedia and hoping they can conpensate for such unpleasant event...”
