Hotel vicino a Roxian Theatre - Pittsburgh

“No towels. Took 3 requests over a span of 24 hours to receive. Hand soap dispenser in bathroom was empty. After 3 requests for a refill I just gave up. Treadmill in small workout room was out of order. Water dispenser in work out area was empty. Had to replace our room keys 3 times. Worked once each new set and then stopped working. Might look elsewhere next visit!”

“Hotel situato a 5 minuti dal centro, parcheggio comodo.la nostra suite era spaziosa con angolo cottura e zona salotto dotata di tutto il necessario. Colazione varia e buona. Nel nostro piano c'era anche una lavanderia a gettoni economica e molto comoda.Non mi è piaciuta la piscina, il locale era freddo e l'acqua aveva troppo cloro.”

“The location of this hotel is excellent and the view from our river view room was great. Everything else was just meh to bad. Mostly deferred maintenance and cleaning. Everything was just old and not maintained. There was a dirty wrapper near my side of the bed when we got there. They only clean the rooms every 3 days. We stayed 3 nights and had no housekeeping or towels replaced or anything. The pool area was filthy and had no towels at all but there was a hamper of dirty towels. The deck was...

“The hotel and staff were amazing. They have valet parking on site for $39. And the valet staff was very good to me. My only complaint would be that the rooftop bar in space that they advertise are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Which just happened to be one of the days I was there. Also, the room that I stayed in was very small. The location and aesthetics of the hotel are on point. If you catch a good deal on this place, you will not be disappointed. Ideal for a single travelers.”

“It was great. Beds super comfortable. Room clean and bathrooms fully stocked. Great amenities. Staff very friendly and we really loved their breakfast.”

“The location was great if you are going to a baseball game. Lots of other attractions nearby as well. Most of the staff was great. One exception was the manager Melissa. Our room had about 2” of water around the air conditioner so we had to switch rooms. She was aggressive and rude about the move. She was rushing us because she said she wanted to “turnover” the room.”

“The room was very nice and very clean. The staff was quite friendly, as is typical of all Drurys. The breakfast was décent and well stacked. I always would recommend Drurys for a stay. The supper provided is nice for families.”
