“Ho prenotato dal giorno 31 agosto all’8 settembre con e ordina il giorno 7. (Ieri) hanno preso i miei vestiti e li hanno tolti dalla camera buttati in una busta perché dicevano che il mio soggiorno era finito ho dovuto pagare un altra notte 80 sterline per dormire. PESSIMI”

“Comfortable bed, friendly greetings on arrival, clean kitchen area and lots to offer for breakfast. Fridge in the room which is quiet unlike some places! Hairdryer, kettle and provisions in the room, plenty of plugs, touch bedside lamps, big TV screen, mirror, table and chairs sitting area by the window. Separate Shower rooms compact but very clean.”

“Very disappointing overall. Upon arrival, the receptionist couldn’t find our booking because it had been accidentally deleted by the reservation team. Thankfully, a helpful manager eventually provided us with a room. The room itself was quite small, with tiny beds and a poor layout. The bathroom had a large, unused empty space, while the main room barely had enough space to place luggage on the floor. There was no fridge, and the decoration was very basic and uninspiring. “The Lismoyne Hotel was overall a good experience. I was in a small single room which was however comfortable and warm, the staff were generally very friendly and the bar was a convenient place to chat and relax. The only real downside was that my room was close to some sort of generator, which could be a little loud at night. I would certainly go again, only I'd ask for a different room.”
