“The location is perfect in the heart of downtown Winnipeg. Important to know that there is an escalator that takes you underneath the hotel and allows you to access most of the buildings in the downtown area from underneath the street. ”

“Room was clean, staff were welcoming. Sink in the bathroom didn't drain very well. Hot tub and pool were nice. ”

Both restaraunts werevery good, both with the food and staff.The front desk staff were all very professional, friendly, informative and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and it wasvery quiet around me. ”

“We booked 5 days for spring break because of the water slide. The chlorine levels were so high that my kids got sick within 15-20 min of being in the pool; this happened every time they swam (8-9x) and would clear up within a couple of minutes of leaving the pool. They were coughing so hard they vomited. I reported this to the front desk multiple times; one woman told me that it was impossible that the levels were too high because they’re inspected constantly. “Easy check in-staff waived the early check in fee due to my arrival near the usual check in time. Love the restaurant and lounge. Staff is very friendly and helpful. ”

“The hotel room appeared to be clean. I had a good sleep. I love that you can walk into the casino area without having to go outside. I got in late so nothing was open for dining or the gift shop near the casino.”
