“Ostello perfetto, situato nel cuore di questa splendida cittadina. La struttura è spaziosa, le camere essenziali ma confortevoli, il personale gentile ed accogliente. Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere più tempo da dedicare a Berwick, se così fosse stato di certo sarei rimasta ad alloggiare in questa struttura. ”

“There was no staff on site. I may have misplaced instructions that were sent to me, but I was not prepared for such a deserted arrival. It worked out in the end and it was a convenient place from which to visit surrounding areas of interest.”

“Arrived at the property after having booked through Expedia due to having a previous booking cancelled on our way to Berwick due to a broken bed. We were greeted by a lady saying that there was no booking, on showing her our confirmation email she still claimed that we couldn’t have possibly booked as she only takes bookings Saturday to Saturday. After arguing with her for several minutes , she agreed to letting us have a room( the exact room in the photo I had booked) but said we couldn’t have...

“Right next to the A1, but you wouldn't know it. Welcoming, lovely staff, good food. Lots of walkers and cyclists, good atmosphere, comfortable room, sensibly priced and conveniently located in this special part of the world. Go to Lindisfarne, go to Scotland, explore Berwick and Northumberland - this is the place to do it from!”

“This was a lovely place to stay which we chose partly because it has some EV charging facilities. The restaurant and bar have a good selection with well kept beer and the staff are helpful and friendly. We especially recommend the panna cotta, however, all the food was good. The bedroom and bathroom were a good size and well appointed with tea, coffee and water. We would visit again ”
