“Very simplistic”

“We arrived to find our room had been given to someone else with the same initials as mine. Front desk was very sorry and helpful giving us a room that would be “much better” than the one we would have had….it was not good. Bathroom door had a hole punched in it Bedspread had cigarette burns in it Bath towels were stained Floor was sticky Something was on bedside table Stains on bed sham BUT the ac was cold”

“I have stayed in this hotel many times. Everything is always great. The only downside for me is that I feel the pet fee is excessive.”
