I've prepaid my room for 1 night, aware of a surcharge of approximately 53 euro as a resort fee, and I was charged 113 euro in fact. They haven't sent me any invoice via email, even after my requests. Now, they reply with automated messages to all my messages, no way to chat with a human. A real shame

"O quarto estava super limpo e com amenidades (chinelo e roupão, por exemplo). O banheiro tem um chuveiro ótimo, que era nossa maior expectativa depois de um dia de viagem.
