“The rooms' A/C is lousy. The staff at the reception kept on telling me I did not pay (even though I did in advance) because they did not look at the correct one (didn't matter I insisted that I have paid already). “The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain. The tv had nothing on it. Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm. Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades”
