“The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the hotel is right beside Lake Kivu. The chef even prepared food based on some dietary issues I had. In brief, I could not ask for a better stay. Kudos to all the kind and hardworking people working at this hotel ”

“The villa is really spacious, with a tremendous view of the hills from the second-story balcony. There is a wide variety of break-out space for when we needed time away from each other to work, from outdoor seating to a small alcove to a large living room. It's an easy walk from the villa to coffee shops and grocery stores, and the neighborhood is clean and friendly. The staff at the house were helpful when needed but trusted us and stayed in the background for the most part.”

“I didn't get the room what i request. They put me in an apartment which i never reserve. Additionally, in the reservation there was a breakfast but when i go there they told me there is no breakfast, i lost all my money which i paid through this app. So, i want to requaet my money bavk for the breakfast”

“Fraudulent. These lovely pictures of an apartment were displayed on the Expedia site and I went ahead and paid for it. When I contacted the host about my reservation, he rudely informed me that the place was not available even though I had paid for it on the site because it was available for my dates. The host was rude, unresponsive and unwilling to help. He offered an alternative property which was dingy, uncomfortable and ugly with stained and torn bedsheets. A far cry from what was advertised...
