“Put us on the second floor. No elevator so had to carry luggage and all our leathers up the long flight of stairs. At least the desk clerk helped us carry a couple things up. Chose it because of the hot tub but it wasn't working. Breakfast wasn't much. Barely enough to call it a breakfast.”

“i purchased a lakeview room and it was well worth the extra charge. I had a very nice balcony with table and chairs. the balcony overlooked a golf course and beyond that was a beautiful view of Mackinac Bridge and Lake Michigan. Also watched fireworks that were visible from my balcony that were set off in Mackinac city. room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. The shower however had no grab bar or non-slip mats.”
