“Beautiful hotel, very clean. Unfortunately not the best welcome, we were locked in the hotel for 50 mins by a random guy. No lights on. No instructions on how to access the key. We found the phone number and was able to call the hotelier who gave us instructions. There was no hotel phone to call though which was a pain too as we had to borrow one. We were ignored at breakfast, we weren't sure if we should sit ourselves or wait to be seated. After waiting a short while we sat ourselves as it was...
