“Bon séjour, mais le terme 5 étoiles est un peu exagéré, car les chambres ne sont pas climatisées, (il faisait plus de 30 degrés, dans la chambre durant la nuit, pas de fruits dans la chambre par exemple non-plus, d'autre part, attention, malheureusement, le forfait 2 jours, 21 euros, pour les téléphériques et autres, n'est pas inclus, c'est vraiment dommage, car un aller retour, en bas, à Lech, vous revient déjà à 20 euros, pour 2 personnes, alors que tout cela est inclus dans beaucoup de...

“Sehr freundliches, flexibles und entgegengekommenes Personal. Man fühlt sich immer willkommen und wie zu Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt, absolut zentral und doch ruhig. Das umfangreiche und frische Frühstücksangebot und der tolle Aussenpool mitten im Grünen, umgeben von blühenden Blumen und mit Blick auf den eindrucksvollen Lecher Hausberg Omeshorn, sind für mich weitere Highlights.”

“Per la chiusura della strada per Lech per pericolo valanghe non ho potuto raggiungere la località il primo gg in arrivo e comunque mi hanno addebitato per intero la notte non usufruita non l’ho trovato molto carino dato che non era mia la responsabilità ”

“The rooms definitely need renovations.
The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night.
The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride.
The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple.
Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! ”
