    Originally constructed as three separate buildings, this Warwickshire holiday cottage is now arranged in a U-shaped layout comprising three distinct wings. The central connecting wing houses an impressive open-plan kitchen and dining space, featuring a large table that comfortably seats up to 18 guests.



    The kitchen itself offers a charming blend of historic character and modern convenience. A classic Aga stove serves as a focal point, complemented by striking deep red cabinetry that adds a warm, inviting atmosphere. Whether you prefer to self-cater or treat yourself, Oakfield Barn also offers the option to hire a private chef for an effortless dining experience. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining areas is a cozy sitting room, perfect for relaxing after a delicious meal.



    Beyond the main living spaces, the left wing of the house contains an additional communal area. Once used as a drawing room for a multi-generational family, this space has been recently transformed into a lively games room. Equipped with a dartboard, pool table, and a large TV, it’s an ideal spot for entertainment and friendly competition among guests.



    Bedrooms:



    Oakfield Barn boasts seven spacious bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 18 guests. What makes this accommodation truly special is the way it evolved—rather than a single renovation, the property was gradually transformed over 15 years of family living. This thoughtful development has given each bedroom and living area a unique, personal touch, designed with large families in mind.



    The master bedroom, located in the first wing, features a balcony overlooking the prestigious Whitfields Golf Club. With the fairway just steps away, you can enjoy watching golfers in action from the comfort of your room. The second wing offers complete privacy and breathtaking views of the Warwickshire countryside, ensuring a serene escape.



    Each bedroom offers a good level of privacy, with some tucked further away from the main living areas. The extended renovation process tailored to the needs of the family who once called this barn home adds a special charm, making it perfect for family reunions or multi-generational stays.     - We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged through Airbnb when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.

    - For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.



    To book with us, we require the lead guest to complete our online check-in form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs, the provision of a UK government-issued photo ID or passport and a security deposit of £1,000 (not included in the price & taken by the owner)
