“From check in to check out we felt right at home. We had a very cranky, tired toddler with us and the front desk agent took that into consideration and put us in a room where we would not disturb anybody as well as they would not disturb us and it wasn’t an amazing stay. We’ll definitely stay here again if and when we’re in Ruidoso”

“Perfect for us. Spacious 3 BR 2 bath. Over looking the Downs Stables. We had complete privacy enjoying the hot tub off the front porch deck. The home is beautiful and so comfortable. We appreciate the ease of booking and check out. Will definitely book this home next trip. ”

“Due to where this house sits, you have to go up a pretty good incline with loose gravel/rock. You could make it with a 2-wheel drive vehicle from one side, but 4-wheel drive is recommended. Once you get up there, you won't want to leave though...both for the view and then inconvenience of coming back down the hill...so get everything you need first so you don't have to leave again! It was a good stay even with the high winds during our visit. We would definitely go back.”
