Beautiful updated home close to everything! Close to the ski resort, town, and noisy water winery.
The garage has been converted into a game room which was so nice to play pool and board games.
The playground and zip line is available for kids. Patio is spacious and plenty of seating! Has smart TVs in every room.
Finally you can unwind in a jetted jacuzzi .

Home & amenities are okay. Most things are as described. The kitchen lacks amenities; pots & pans arent usable. The cooking utensils are melted or have grime built up. The towels all smell like old cabinets. I'd recommend buying or bringing detergent & washing them before using. The game room is COLD, if coming in winter. There isnt a heater in the garage so you'd have to purchase an electric heater if you want to utilize the game room. Pillows are ATROCIOUS. We had to purchase pillows & pillow cases as they were "foam" bricks, you'd be sleeping completely upright if using them. Also, be prepared to put trash bags in your trunk. The garbage cans are up a steep driveway & the instructions are to throw your garbage in the large receptacles, so you'll need to leave room for garbage with your luggage. It was fine for the time we were there, but we'll find elsewhere in the future.

Wonderful Stay!

It was such a great house for our family! We had 2 couples and 3 children and we all had plenty of room, plus more! The property was so neat and the playground was a lot of fun for the kids. The patio and deck were furnished with great furniture and we spent a lot of time sitting enjoying the beautiful weather on the patio and deck (it even has a great hot tub)! The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is great because you’re about 7 minutes away from downtown, 12 minutes away from noisy water winery in Alto and the grocery store is about 8 minutes away, but when you get to the house you feel away from everything in the middle of the trees. When we come back to Ruidoso I hope this property is available because we will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful mountain getaway!

We have been going to Ruidoso a few times a year since 2012. We were going this time for our teenagers bday getaway when the south fork fires hit. Not only did the host keep in constant communication leading up to the trip, they went above and beyond and sent videos and pictures to reassure me of the safety. We enjoyed our stay and honestly thia house couldnt be any better! The house had so much space and that "feel of home." Having teenagers and young children, this house was a HIT! the outdoor area and pool table were a huge favorite!! Every bedroom had their own tv (which was nice when everyone likes something different!) We had lots of wildlife around the property and town. It was so close to everything and the views were beautiful! We plan on staying here again! Highly recommend!!!!!

Great Property!

This property was great to stay at during our family weekend trip to Ruidoso! There was even a baby walker and baby seat and baby gates around the stairs! Stuff I didn't even think about when booking! The only thing I would suggest for this property is to supply more dishes and a few condiments like Salt & Pepper. But other than that, the basics are provided! We had a great stay!
