Rilassatevi nella nostra cabina di fronte al fiume nel Upper Canyon storico

Questa tre camere da letto, due bagni rustico proprietà della cabina si trova sulla riva del fiume Ruidoso con una cresta di montagna dall'altro lato. Posizione privata alla fine del cul-de-sac. Godetevi questa casa completamente arredata e ben attrezzata mentre prendi le breezie di montagna che frustano gli alti pini. Questa cabina vanta una grande camera matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale e bagno adiacente con doccia. Due camere da letto Jack-and-Jill condividono un bagno e possono ospitare 5 persone con letti a castello e truffatori. Rilassatevi nella nostra spaziosa zona giorno (divano letto, se necessario) che si apre a zone pranzo e cucina. Il nostro patio di pietra di pietra è un punto forte per i nostri ospiti mentre ascoltano il flusso del fiume. Prendi le tue possibilità di prendere una trota o due, se ti piace! (Licenza di pesca necessaria 12 anni e non inclusi). Una migliore possibilità di vedere la fauna selvatica mentre passeggiate attraverso la proprietà è quasi garantita!

The cabin is very dated & plain. It had an old smell to it. Rustic is just a fancy way of saying "needs to be updated". It has a lot of character & could be very charming with just a few cosmetic tweaks. It was clean though. It was very quiet. So much so you could hear the now calm creek that runs along beside it. The wildlife was fun to watch.

Wonderful little home on beautiful property.

Its a wonderful little old home. Has the basic necessities for a short or extended stay. It’s well cared for, just older. It’s clean, just older. Yes, some cobwebs, but nothing a broom can’t handle if you are bothered by them. The property is beautiful and right on the river. We were there during some torrential rain and it didn’t flood. They had great tree swings for the kids, ate dinner on the back patio area each night. The owners and their daughter were amazing. Welcoming, inviting, and caring. We left our dog in the house while we went into town, the torrential rain hit. The owners daughter went and sat with our dog during the storm to make sure she was OK. They really did make it a lovely stay. Would love to see them again!

Awesome stay! Wild horses bathing! Lots of baby horses

It’s a nice place! I enjoyed all the windows in the living room. East, south and West windows. Enjoyed looking at the River to the east of the living room. Kitchen table and kitchen window have a nice view as well.

It was a great place to relax. The only thing missing was a working gas grill, which was an inconvenience as we had to change our meal plans. However, I would definitely consider staying again and recommend it to family and friends.

Nice place

Over place is nice, title says it can sleep 8 people, we are a family of six and we could just fit. The images on the listing are not accurate, they show fire place could be used, but both are blocked with a sign not to use. That was one of the main reasons I selected this place. Not a bad place at all, I would recommend, just a little misleading on the title and photos.

Good location but not impressed-Winter time!

Booked a month before arrival, after 9 hour road trip we arrived around 8pm. I assigned the bedrooms of who was going to sleep where. When I pulled the comforter down in all the beds they were not clean. The bunk beds bed sheets were dirty, there was crumbs, hairs, grass clippings. The pillow cases had some hairs . The other single bed room had a white folded blanket that was filthy and stained. The master bedroom bed looked cleaner but one of the blankets a thin blue one had white paint marks on it. We immediately called and spoke to someone whose name is on a piece of paper on the refrigerator. We explained our frustration with the dirty blankets. She said no one had complained before and that cleaning crew came out to clean it earlier. She said they couldn’t come out until maybe the next day either at 8am or 4 pm. We then asked to speak to the owner she gave us the number. We felt we got the run around because the 2 numbers given did not work. Finally spoke to owner via VRBO and said same thing. I needed up washing that night. Also, the floors were dirty. We had problems setting up the T.V. We lost signal a lot, we tried to fix it for them too. The towels and wash clothes were neatly folded but they are so old and hard. We went to buy or own. The house needs to be winterized, heat escapes via all windows. Location was great, creek in back. I highly recommend new pillows and towels.

Winter vacations

We went on winter holidays to Ruidiso to spend my birthday and my daughter's, her 15th birthday. Everything was great, I was equipped with things I didn't use because the cabin had everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood, cleanliness was good, it was lovely to enjoy the landscape and the river. Very happy to interact with the deer, being able to feed them and touch them. Very satisfied and would return to this cabin. Thank you.
