The house is very spacious, composed of a living room with a large fireplace (35m²), a dining room (30m²), a fitted kitchen and 3 large bedrooms from 12 to 20m² including a suite with its own shower room and toilet. A shower room (ground floor), 1 bathroom (1st) and 2 additional toilets. The staircase leading upstairs is wide and comfortable.
On either side of the house, 2 terraces with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue. All around, a wooded park and a small secure lake to offer you peace and serenity. Children can enjoy the trampoline and the portico, as well as ping-pong, racket and Möllky games in particular.
From the cottage, you can go for a walk and join the footpaths of the town.
The Mayenne river and its towpath a few meters away, will offer you beautiful nature outings. You can spend your stay without ever getting tired of these large spaces to discover.
Want a museum, a zoo, an aquatic area, all this is offered in Château-Gontier (10 km). Likewise, it is possible to rent a boat or bicycles and enjoy the Mayenne river.
For shops, Villiers-Charlemagne has a bakery, a butcher's shop and a restaurant (++) 2km from here.
