"The Izaak Walton is just an amazing hotel and a great place to stay you get a very warm welcoming from the front desk staff and all the other hotel staff members too, they all make you feel at home too, the rooms are excellent very clean and spacious great WiFi service too, and the beds are so comfortable. ..."

"Shower rooms are filthy. There was no toilet seat in my room and floor was dirty. Bed and room decor were good. Staff is low caliber and need training. Managers were not available to respond to my concerns."
