“Staff was nice and it had a good breakfast”

“ Checked into our room to find only half the water actually working. Brought that to the attention of the front desk, and they promised to look into it in the next few minutes and get back to me. 15 minutes later I went to the front desk in person to find that the front desk person I was speaking to had left for the day. Obviously, I was a little bit an Obviously, I was a little bit annoyed. Front desk person number 2 didn’t like that I was annoyed and thought I was blaming her for the problem....

“Staff was very helpful and courteous. The room I stayed in had mold on the towel holders.. that is the reason for my star review. At the price per night and additional pet fee, there shouldn’t be a trace of mold anywhere.”

“Older hotel with small bathroom with a couple upgrades that made it tight, door hit bowed shower rod when opening into bathroom. Noise from truck traffic on I-75 noticable in our room at night, made sure AC fan was on continuously to help mask noise.”

“Hallway carpet need to be changed Roaches seen in both bathrooms!”

“The room was dirty but he told us they were fully booked when we checked in at 11:45pm so we knew we couldn’t get a different room. There was dog hair all over especially in the shower and mud on the floor in the bathroom ”

“Property was very nice. Clean and very comfortable. But we found out to get to breakfast early before 8:00.”

“I noticed when I got in bed on the 2nd night of my stay that the sheets had a few stains on them that I had not put there. The next day when I returned to the room the bed had been made with the same stained sheets. I notified management about the issue. They stated that sheets are only changed daily on a multi night stay if the guest requests it. The issue was corrected, but I was concerned about the cleanliness of the bedding as a result.”

“The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Old hotel. Needs an update. Carpet in the room was sticky and shower was hard to figure out. Old old fixtures. This is not a complaint but A train goes by the property several times in the night and blows the whistle about six times. We did not get a good nights sleep. I would not recommend”
