"The breakfast buffet was great! Staff were very helpful whenever I asked for anything. The hotel was in a great location, easy to walk to the City Centre, and historic areas of Norwich. Also enjoyed a drink in the Maids Head Bar, which was a cute little place. We enjoyed our stay - thank you!"

"Staff lovely but a bit clueless. Many phone calls later, nothing was prepared or processed as booked upon our arrival.
