A circa 1 miglio dalla strada di accesso del Sunday River Ski Resort, troverete uno "chalet per sci" di recente costruzione su 3 acri di terra meravigliosa lungo il fiume Androscoggin. La casa vanta un riscaldamento a pavimento radiante, 3 camere da letto, 4 letti singoli (a castello), 2 letti queen size e 1 fouton estraibile e la tua vasca idromassaggio per 6 persone a un passo dal ponte con vista sul Monte Will. Due bagni completi con doccia piastrellata personalizzata e ripiani in granito conferiscono a questa proprietà un'eleganza. Il mudroom di grandi dimensioni offre molto spazio per cappotti, sci e scarponi e include una lavatrice e un'asciugatrice. La zona è ricca di attività escursionistiche, pesca e avventure a quattro ruote UTV / a quattro ruote per l'estate e sci, snowboard e motoslitta per l'inverno. 2) La casa è dotata di aria condizionata?
Non abbiamo aria centrale, ma per la camera da letto principale ha un condizionatore d'aria per finestre, e c'è un'altra unità portatile di condizionamento da 10k btu nel soggiorno.

3) Il fiume è accessibile?
L'accesso è discrezionale. La proprietà confina con il fiume Androscoggin e ha un lungo sentiero lungo che offre splendide viste e ottime escursioni, ma gran parte di questa zona è un terrapieno con una discesa di 10'-20 'verso il fiume. Se mantieni la sinistra mentre ti avvicini al fiume, troverai l'accesso più possibile per i più avventurosi. Si prega di fare attenzione, soprattutto con i bambini, vicino al bordo del fiume poiché la pioggia e le condizioni stagionali possono renderlo pericoloso o inaccessibile. Un breve tragitto in auto offre un migliore accesso all'acqua a monte dove Davis Park incontra Bethel Pathway.

4) Come va la pesca?
I pescatori segnalano una pesca fantastica a portata di mano! Specie ittiche rinvenute nel ruscello di Androscoggin, trota fario e arcobaleno, salmone senza sbocco sul mare e una consistente popolazione di spigola. Picchi di pesca alla trota in primavera e in autunno, ma l'estate è il momento privilegiato per i grandi smallies di fiume.

C'è un cavo collegato ma non abbiamo ancora installato un televisore.

Everything you want for a ski trip

Check in & out was as simple as can be. Property is immaculate. Heated floors are awesome on a cold morning. It’s minutes away from Sunday River. Very comfortable to relax after long days. Had a blast on our trip & everything about the renting process was as easy as could be.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property and the location to Sunday River is perfect. We were able to travel back and forth to the mountain in no time. We had teenagers and young children and everyone had their own space. The hot tub and fireplace are amazing, and was just the spot we were looking for!

Better than expected

We traveled for a ski weekend with another family. At first I was fearful the space would be too small and too cabin-y. But I was pleasantly surprised! This house was plenty spacious and had everything and more! There were very thoughtful additions such as a boot warmer, snow shoes, a fully stocked kitchen, plus having large closets fulls of linens was so helpful in packing and saved us space. We really enjoyed our time at the house and the location was perfect! So close to the mountain but also very close proximity to a great hiking trail and as advertised the access to the River. The only reason I give this 4stars is because everyone complained about their mattress. Too thin, not comfortable, and there was a plastic mattress pad that was like, well, sleeping on plastic. Aside from that - We hope to be back!

Sunday River Cabin

Very convenient to Sunday River ski resort and Bethel. Fireplace and hot tub were great! Large mudroom, washer/dryer and boot/glove dryer made it easy to deal with ski gear and wet clothes. Beautiful location and easy walk to the river.

Family vacation

The house and set up was great for us and 4 kids! Yard space to play, cards and games to play inside, the hot tub was fun, the walk path through the woods to the river was well marked but short. The only down side was the river was full blown river like, steep way down, deep and quick. The pictures were not the same to what is behind the property with no access, rocks, or low points to the water for any type of enjoyment. Otherwise, we had a great time, with a well equiped house with everything we could/would need.

Beautiful and peaceful

Fully stocked with anything you could need or want for a perfect vacation. Quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful little walking trail right next to the river... beds were some of the most comfortable weve stayed in. Host was attentive when needed. was attentive when needed

Best House and Location for Sunday River

We stayed here with friends over February break and could not have asked for a more perfect house for our stay. The hottub was KEY. Fireplace was lovely. We were skiing all day every day so the living space while on the smaller size for 6 people worked for us and the kids. We will definitely be back!

Christmas gathering place

After reading all 5 star reviews of this rental I had my hopes up. In all honesty this place is thoughtfully well stocked, and in a good location for skiing, and is generally clean. Unfortunately it feels like it’s had a few years of renters and is due for a deep cleaning, any brochures for local info are many years dated, etc.

Perfect base camp

A very well equiped cottage and an awesome place to stay if you go trekking the presidential range (a bit far but was worth it). Please add better signs, it was a bit odd to find.

Long Weekend Ski Trip

This is the second year we rented this property for a long ski weekend.. The property is in a great location, a short drive to Sunday River. Unfortunately the highest rating I can give is 5 stars. I would rate this stay 10 stars. The property is immaculate. There was snow in the forecast, Sean the owner reached out to us and offered us to arrive a day early. Sean is super accommodating. He really wants you to enjoy the property. We loved the hot tub. We will definitely be staying here in the future

Good location, spacious and comfortable

We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean and much newer compared to the rentals we have stayed at in the past. We loved the location with Mt. Will trail a mere 2 minute drive from the house, and short drive to Sunday River Brewing Co., Grafton Notch, and Santa's Village was only a 45-50 minute drive. We enjoyed a couple local hikes, using the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and a couple dinners, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Sean was very responsive to address a couple minor issues that popped up (one due to my inexperience with a hot tub - I only needed to trip a switch on a outdoor panel to fix). We would definitely come back here again.

Enjoyable Stay

My wife and I and our pup enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The cabin is secluded and is conveniently located. The cabin was well-stocked with just about everything one could possibly need. Sean was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to address any question. An issue occurred with one of the appliances midway through our stay and Sean was very responsive and accommodating. We’re looking forward to getting back to Maine to stay here again.
