“I contacted the host (through the app) when I arrived because the room was very cold. The A/C was on and there was no thermostat. Additionally, there is a large gap under the door that lead into the lobby of the home. I had to shove bags under it to try to create some kind of seal. I slept in my clothes because the room was so cold and there were no additional blankets. I never heard back from the host, so the next day I called. I left a message with an answering service. “Room was excellent and cozy for the both of us. Host was helpful. Provided the necessary instructions for entering the property. It was 2 min away from the Subway Station. Easy access to manhattan via the A train. Stop and shop was close by as we prefer to cook ourselves. Host provided us with a stove, rice cooker and air fryer. Would definitely love to stay again. ”

“The best part of this unit for us was the location. We were visiting my son's family & their condo was only a short distance & a nice walk through Prospect Park . There was a very nice quatamalian restaurant across the street.it is also close to a big market amd subway Station. The flat was big with two bedrooms, living room, and equipped kitchen. street. ”

“The apartment was clean and in a great location. The hosts were super responsive after we got there and needed a few things. The listing states the sleeper sofa in the living space can accommodate two people, which is a stretch. Maybe two small children but not adults. My two petite college aged daughters barely fit —they were uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well. Also, having an electric tea kettle in the kitchen area would be nice!”
