“The room was small and cozy. Nowhere to sit but the bed. Sleeping was quiet and very comfortable. Restaurant doesn’t open until 7:00am to get coffee which is free for guests. Grounds are beautiful and parking was great since each unit has their own parking spot. I would skip the restaurant there if you want a nice dinner. We went to the shops and restaurants up the road to eat and shop. A great variety there! Overall, a nice experience.”

“The resort is very nice. We had cabin 7 and the view is nice. The resort is about 2 miles from Keystone, 11 miles from Mount Rushmore. Very convent location. We would definitely stay there again.”

“The hotel is very old and run down. 2 floors did not have a working ice machine. The shower in the tub did not work properly or drain properly.”

“Esperienza pessima per la camera assegnata posizionata sul retro e raggiungibile tramite un vialetto posto tra il muro e i bidoni della spazzatura del ristorante. Senza finestra e totalmente buia oltre che umida e fredda. Il rumore dell’areatore del bagno e del frigo erano davvero impossibili. Stabile vecchio in tutto. Colazione inesistente malgrado venga venduta compresa. Un bel cartello consiglia di andare nei locali accanto alla struttura. Sconsigliatissimo. ”

“When we arrived for our 5 night stay, the hotel was closed. We found a worker who verified it was closed and sent us down the street to the Ramada Inn. Come to find out that they had a leak in the sprinkler system which flooded the hotel as they are closed in the winter. We received no notification from Expedia nor Baymont by Wyndham.”

“We got there just as everything was opening. The lodge is clean , comfortable and helpful in showing us where the outside camp kitchen was in order to grill steaks. Sleeping was a little challenging as a bus full of teenagers pulled up and basically ran up and down the halls and stairs all night. Kids will be kids. I was just wondering where are the adults. It was kinda rude and inconsiderate”
