“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked and prepaid a room for 3 guests through Expedia, but when we arrived, the front desk told us that only 2 people were allowed in the room and demanded an additional charge for the third guest. This policy was not clearly disclosed during the booking process.
What made the experience even more frustrating was that this happened during graduation weekend, when nearly every hotel in town was fully booked. Because there were very few...
