It features a King bedroom, a Queen bedroom, a Twin trundle bed, and two Queen pull-out sofa, along with two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. A lower-level kitchenette adds extra convenience for larger groups.

As you enter the home, you’ll find a spacious living room with a queen fold out sofa that flows into a kitchenette, laundry room, full bathroom, trundle bedroom, and dedicated workspace. Upstairs, the main level offers an open-concept kitchen and dining area with a table for six plus additional counter seating. Off the living room are the King and Queen bedrooms along with a full bathroom. On the opposite side, enjoy a cozy sunroom with a Queen pull-out sofa and two oversized chairs—perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

For lake access, enjoy a short walk or a quick drive to the water’s edge. Please note this is a shared, gated lake access area—be sure to bring the key for entry. Docking a boat is strictly prohibited. Swimming and kayaking only. If you would like to rent a boat Canandaigua Boatworks is a half mile up the road.

This property is dog-friendly ( with fee up to 2 dogs.) Make sure to clean up after your fur babies. To ensure a clean, healthy, and respectful environment, all dog owners are required to immediately clean up and properly dispose of their dogs waste on the property. Failure to do so may result in an added fee of $100. Thank you
