“We were kind of disappointed in the breakfast bar. Pretty much same food every day with some minor variations. Some mornings the food wasn't very warm. The water pressure in the room was terrible, and the air conditioning unit sounded like a jet engine when it turned on. Had very hard time sleeping when that happened and the other guest slamming their doors because of the closing mechanism of the doors. Most likely will not stay there again. Staff was sympathetic, but nothing they could do about...

“Close to the high way, the hotel can give the opportunity to reach Tampa, St. Petersburg, Saratosa, etc in a range of 30-50 minutes. The building and the rooms are pretty new with all the comforts. the breakfast open to all the guests, are simple but very good! ”

“Carmen was very attentive and helpful! We had a little trouble with the door code but she responded quickly and remedied the issue. The place is as described. We only stayed for 2 days but it was exactly what we needed. The garage was an added bonus! I do wish the main door had a curtain or blind for privacy but its on the 2nd level and sunken back so no major concerns. Neighbors are very friendly! We would stay here again! Thank you!”

“The townhouse was just as described. Perfect for an extended stay. We were able to cook and spread out which you need to do for a five week stay. We used the beach, pool and game room as well as watching manatees from the upstairs balcony. We visited both restaurants conveniently located there. I look forward to the next visit already.”

“We love love love the area and resort. But definitely not this unit. Carmen was slow to respond- Codes were incorrect, Remotes and fan needed batteries and coffee pot missing. Washing machine was moldy and tub would not drain. Maintenance came to fix both. Not very clean overall and kitchen was thin on utensils and kitchenware. Big deal if you're here for a month. Many things didnt work. If you have a problem it will be awhile for a response from property manager. Would not stay here...
