“They had just finished cleaning our room when we arrived. You could tell it was well kept and clean.”

“We were told breakfast was until 9 but when we got there at 820, there was nothing left except some yogurts and fruit. Also room was a bit musty when we first checked in. Overall room was comfortable and location was good. We would stay again especially if the breakfast issue is resolved.”

“Over all stay was great, however there were some glitches due to a software update a few days prior to our stay that complicated check in for the staff and issues of key cards being deactivatived. The only contolable issue was some minor housekeeping duties that were not fully completed prior to check in. Staff were very helpful and polite through the uncontrollable circumstances.”

“Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We shared a couple of excellent sandwiches and salads for dinner at Vida. Staff was excellent there too, and our compliments to the chef! Our room smelled VERY strongly of marijuana. We kept thinking it would dissipate with time and running the A/C fan, but each time we returned to the room, the strong odor was still present! We realize that it is difficult to enforce the No Smoking policy, but perhaps an air filtration system would be helpful. The...

“As good as can be expected. The Pool Club occupancy needs to be limited. It was standing room only in and around the pool. Hotel guests don’t stand a chance. We reserved lounged chairs but still .. trash cans were overflowing. Staff gave it there all but it was a no win situation for them. I stood in line at the bar for a drink and gave up after 30 min. The interior restaurant and bar were very nice. Breakfast was good … slow service however. Room was clean and nicely appointed.”
