“Our stay was okay but there was a burn hole in our sheets and we did ask for a room down stairs because I’m big pregnant and the dude at the desk said that there weren’t any left then our keys didn’t work when we went up to the room so my boyfriend went to get new keys and the people in front of him checking in asked for a room down stairs and he gave them one and they weren’t disabled or pregnant”

“The rooms were not completely clean. There was an issue when we got to our room that it looked like it had not been made up properly and that somebody had laid on the bed after the fact, and the door was cracked open as well. Went down to the front desk and the girl checked some other rooms and moved us.”

“I liked the cleanliness of hotel. Disliked the elevator being broken. I was there for funeral and lugging luggage up was hard enough but taking down while in heels was extremely hard.”
