This simple little house with a pool is located on an olive grove estate and is ideal for spending a holiday and getting to know the interior of an unknown Andalusia. A wonderful pool with cold water jacuzzi, completely private, at the same time, with views of the olive groves that surround it; Very close to the pool is the barbecue from where we can enjoy, in the afternoons and evenings, excellent barbecues with the family; There is a wonderful terrace in front of the house where we can enjoy the light, the sun, surrounded by nature with our children; The interior of the house is modern and comfortable. The spacious living room with fireplace; an open, well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and the other, with a double bed, have a complete and quality trousseau; A large bathroom completes this little house that will make us spend an unforgettable vacation. The heating in this house is with pellets: the first bag is free and if more are consumed there is an additional cost.

The plot is completely fenced and is located very close to Rute and Lucena. They are two very attractive towns to visit; Route at Christmas, it is filled with nativity scenes, sweets, tastings, etc. Lucena is the town par excellence in this area due to its good communication.
